SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is currently available in Italy as well as in all EU countries: the shipping cost is 9 euros for orders up to 79 euros and it’s free for orders above this amount.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders for standard shirts are processed and prepared for shipping within 24 hours on working days.
For custom-tailored shirts, in addition to ordinary shipping times, a further 10 working days will be required.
Our courier delivers the ordered goods within 5/7 working days. One or two more days are required if the delivery takes place on an island or deprived areas.
To avoid delays in delivery, our couriers need a telephone number to contact you. An address where the courier can deliver the products during working hours would be helpful as well.
For safety reasons, orders for shipments to post office boxes and/or poste restante will not be processed.
Orders are shipped only after payment has been received.

DELAY IN DELIVERY AND NON-AVAILABILITY OF THE ORDERED PRODUCTS

This website is directly connected to our store, hence it is possible to show our costumers the availability of single items in real time.
In exceptional cases, there may be temporary unavailability of the requested item and therefore a delay in delivery. In this case, our costumer service will immediately inform the customer. We hereby reserve our right to make partial deliveries.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Immediately after receiving the goods, the customer has to check that the packaging is integral, undamaged, dry and shows no signs of tampering and that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number shown on the delivery note.
Any inconsistencies must be immediately notified by adding the words “subject to inspection” on the paper/digital delivery note.
Once the document has been signed without reservation, the customer will not be able to challenge any of the external features of the delivery.
