The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without loss and without having to give explanations within 14 (fourteen) working days by simply informing our sales department of the withdrawal. However, an explanation of the reason for the return would be appreciated by our staff.
The customer has to return the purchased products no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which he has communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract.
The costs of returning goods (shipping and packaging costs) shall be borne by the customer.
Our management will refund the payment (delivery costs excluded) within 14 days starting from the time when we receive the products.
The refund will be made by the same payment method used for the purchase and the re-credit may take a few days to appear (it depends on the type of card used).


The termination of the contract will not be accepted if the condition of the products, its integrity and its quality, has been affected by the customer (dirty or damaged items).
In the event of contract’s termination, we will only be able to accept items that are in their original condition, as well as their packaging, wrapping and labels. We do not accept returns on Stefano Conti branded products which have not been purchased directly from this site.
